We offer Heart and Vascular Rehabilitation to help in your recovery from a cardiovascular procedure or to help you manage your heart condition. Our rehabilitation team is certified to provide a medically supervised exercise and education program that will help you build strength, increase your activity level and prevent a future heart attack.
Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically supervised exercise program offering personalized care, monitoring and education designed to help you safely condition your heart. Cardiac Rehab is often ordered for patients who have had heart surgery, or are learning to manage heart disease or heart failure. Our comprehensive program includes two phases to help you manage your condition.
Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) Rehabilitation
Doylestown Health's Guided Exercise Therapy program for PAD can help to improve your fitness and manage PAD symptoms through exercise and education. The program consists of 8 to 12 weeks of exercise and nutrition therapy. To be eligible, you must first visit your doctor, who will review your disease and risk factors.
