Chargemaster Information

We are providing links to its list of "standard charges" for inpatient and outpatient services in compliance with CMS Rule 1694-F. The charges are valid as of December 1, 2020 and are subject to change.

Doylestown Hospital has not substantially changed its standard charges for 10 years, except for pharmacy charges, the pricing of which suppliers change frequently such that there is no consistent standard charge.

No-one pays these specific charges, including uninsured patients and those who pay their own costs out-of-pocket. Medicare and virtually all other health insurance companies pay inpatient and outpatient costs based on various fee schedules, and their policies have different requirements for deductibles and co-payments or coinsurance.

Contact your health insurer to determine what your out-of-pocket costs are for services at Doylestown Hospital. Your insurer might be willing to give you comparative costs for other hospitals in the area.
