Comprehensive Solutions for Female Urologic Disorders

Woman smiling at her doctor

Women with urological issues often do not realize how common and treatable these conditions are, which keeps them from seeking appropriate care and symptom relief. Doylestown Health Urology now offers a wide range of non-surgical solutions for female-specific urological conditions.

Non-surgical solutions include Botox®, InterStim® Therapy (an implanted "pacemaker" device used to treat bladder incontinence, and overactive bladder), as well as medications and other treatment options. Doylestown Health Urology also offers advanced diagnostic testing to assess bladder dynamics.

Conditions treated include:

  • urinary tract infections (UTI)
  • leakage/incontinence
  • urgency/overactive bladder (OAB)
  • interstitial cystitis and vaginal pain
  • neurogenic bladder dysfunction (due to disease or injury of the central nervous system or peripheral nerves involved in the control of urination such as Parkinson's disease, diabetes, stroke or multiple sclerosis)
  • pelvic floor dysfunction
  • vaginal pain
